413א. הגדרות
תיקון: תש״ן־2
בסימן זה –
”בעל רכב“ – לרבות מי שמחזיק בו כדין;
”פורץ“ ו”מתפרץ“ – כמשמעותם בסעיף 405, כאשר במקום ”בנין“ יבוא ”רכב“;
”רכב“ – רכב הנע מכוח מכני מכל צורה שהיא או הנגרר על ידי רכב, וכן מכונה או מיתקן הנעים או הנגררים כאמור, ולרבות אופנוע עם רכב צדי או גרור או בלעדיהם, תלת־אופנוע וכן אופניים או תלת־אופן, אם יש להם מנוע־עזר;
”זיוף“ ו”מסמך“ – כהגדרתם בסעיף 414 לחוק.
