413ח. גניבה או זיוף של מסמך
תיקון: תש״ן־2
הגונב או מזייף מסמך או משתמש במסמך במרמה, כאשר –
(1)המסמך קשור לבעלות, לחזקה או לשימוש ברכב; או
(2)המעשה נעשה כדי לבצע או להקל על ביצוע עבירה לפי סימן זה,
דינו – מאסר חמש שנים.
