המזייף מסמך שיש בו ידיעה על אדם או על תאגיד בכוונה לרמות, דינו – מאסר שלוש שנים; אין נפקא מינה, לענין זה, אם האדם או התאגיד היו קיימים או לא ואם התאגיד עמד להיווסד אך לא נוסד.
