474. קיצוץ מטבע מעולה
תיקון: [תשכ״ו] [א/358]
העושה מעשה במטבע מעולה בדרך שיש בו להפחית את משקלה, בכוונה שלאחר המעשה תתקבל המטבע כמטבע מעולה, או מחזיק או מעביר שלא כדין גרודת או גזורת של זהב או של כסף, או זהב או כסף בצורת מטיל, אבק או תמיסה או בצורת אחרת, שהושגו במעשה כאמור במטבע מעולה, בידעו שהושגו כך, דינו – מאסר שבע שנים.
