475. מסחר במטבע מעולה מזוייפת
תיקון: [תשכ״ו] [א/357(ג)(1)]
הקונה או מוכר או מקבל מטבע מעולה מזוייפת או משלם בה או מעביר אותה, לפי ערך נמוך מהערך שהיא מביעה או שנתכוונו כנראה שתביע, או מציע לעשות כן, ואין בידו להוכיח הרשאה או הצדק כדין, דינו – מאסר שבע שנים.
