הורשע אדם, רשאי בית המשפט לחייבו בתשלום הוצאות המשפט, לרבות הוצאות העדים, בסכום שקבע בית המשפט; לענין ערעור ולענין סעיפים 66 עד 71 רואים הוצאות המשפט שחוייב בהן אדם לפי סעיף זה כאילו היו קנס.
