3. מועד זכות־היוצרים
תיקון: תשי״ג
המועד שבו תהא זכות־יוצרים קיימת הוא ימי חייו של המחבר ותקופה של חמשים שנה לאחר מותו, חוץ אם קבע חוק זה במפורש הוראה אחרת.
על פי סעיף 5(א) לפקודת זכות יוצרים, התקופה היא 70 שנה לאחר מות המחבר.
