23נד. הטעיית ראש הרשות, מפקח או מומחה חיצוני
תיקון: תשפ״ד
העושה אחד מאלה בכוונה להטעות את ראש הרשות, מפקח או מומחה חיצוני, דינו – מאסר שנתיים:
(1)כולל פרטים שאינם נכונים בבקשה לרישום מאגר מידע שהוגשה לפי סעיף 9 או בהודעה על שינוי בפרטים המנויים בסעיף 9(ב) או בהודעה לפי סעיף 8א(ב);
(2)מוסר פרטים שאינם נכונים במענה לדרישה של מפקח לפי סעיף 23י(א)(1) עד (3) או של מומחה חיצוני לפי סעיף 23יח(ו).
