1. מועצת המדינה הזמנית
תיקון: תש״ח, תש״ט
(א)מועצת המדינה הזמנית מורכבת מהאנשים הנקובים בשמותיהם בתוספת לפקודה זו.
נציגיהם של ערבים תושבי המדינה המכירים במדינת ישראל ישותפו במועצת המדינה הזמנית כפי שיוחלט על ידי המועצה; אי־השתתפותם במועצה לא תגרע מסמכותה.
(ב)מועצת המדינה הזמנית קובעת בעצמה את סדרי ישיבותיה ועבודתה.
(ג)(בוטל).
