תיקון: תש״ט, תשכ״ח
(א)הממשלה הזמנית מורכבת מהאנשים הנקובים בשמותיהם בתוספת לפקודה זו.
נציגיהם של ערבים תושבי המדינה המכירים במדינת ישראל ישותפו בממשלה הזמנית, כפי שיוחלט על ידי מועצת המדינה הזמנית; אי־השתתפותם בממשלה הזמנית לא תגרע מסמכותה.
