107. העברת סמכויות
[ב/45]
(א)כל סמכות מינהלית וכל סמכות להתקין תקנות סדרי דין שהוענקו לזקן השופטים, נתונות לשר המשפטים.
(ב)כל סמכות שיפוטית שהוענקה לזקן השופטים נתונה לנשיא בית המשפט העליון ולמשנה לנשיא בית המשפט העליון.
