25. מספר השופטים
תיקון: תשפ״ה [ב/2]
(א)בבית המשפט העליון יהיו שופטים במספר שקבעה הכנסת בהחלטה.
(ב)(החל מיום תחילת כהונתה של הכנסת העשרים ושש): שני שלישים לפחות מהשופטים בבית המשפט העליון יהיו שופטים שכיהנו בבית משפט מחוזי במשך תקופה כאמור בסעיף 2(1).
