68ב. הקלטת דיון
תיקון: תשס״ח־8
(א)ביקש בעל דין שדיון יוקלט על חשבונו, יאפשר זאת בית המשפט, אלא אם כן מצא שאין לעשות כן מטעמים מיוחדים, ובלבד שהדיון מתועד בדרך אמינה ומדויקת אחרת; החלטה שלא להיענות לבקשת בעל דין כאמור תהיה מנומקת בכתב.
(ב)הורה בית המשפט על הקלטת הדיון לבקשת בעל דין, תישמר ההקלטה בידי בית המשפט, וכל בעל דין יהיה רשאי להאזין לה.
(ג)הקלטה של הדיון לפי סעיף זה לא תיחשב פרוטוקול הדיון.
