69. הרחקה מבית המשפט
[ב/39]
(א)בית משפט רשאי לאסור על קטין להימצא בבית המשפט בעת הדיון ולצוות על הרחקתו.
(ב)בית משפט רשאי להרחיק אדם, שאינו בעל דין, מאולם בית המשפט בעת דיון, אם מצא, מטעמים שיירשמו, שנוכחות אותו אדם באולם תרתיע עד מלהעיד עדות חפשית או מלהעיד בכלל.
