119. סדרי גביית העדות

(א)בהזמנת עדים ובסדרי גביית העדויות ינהגו ככל האפשר כדרך שנוהגים במהלך המשפט, ועל הפרוטוקול יחולו הוראות סעיפים 135 עד 139, בשינויים לפי הענין.
(ב)התנגדות לשאלה וטענות אחרות שהושמעו בשעת גביית העדות יירשמו בפרוטוקול, ויחליט בהן בית המשפט שהעדות מוגשת לו כראיה.
