הפרוטוקול יירשם ביד השופט, ביד רושם שקבע בית המשפט, במכשיר הקלטה, באמצעי מיכני אחר או ביד עובד בית המשפט אשר נשיאו או שופט ראשי של בית משפט שלום, לפי הענין, אישרו כקצרן – הכל כפי שיקבע בית המשפט; ורשאי בית המשפט, לבקשת בעל דין, להרשות רישום הפרוטוקול ביד קצרן אחר.
