127. נוכחות מורשים של תאגיד

הואשם תאגיד או חבר בני־אדם, לא ינוהל המשפט אלא בפני אדם המורשה כדין לייצג את התאגיד או חבר בני־האדם; אולם מותר לדון תאגיד או חבר בני־אדם שלא בפני מורשה אם נתקיימו התנאים האמורים בסעיף 128; מורשה כאמור דינו לענין סעיפים 99, 140, 161, 189 ו־192 כדין נאשם, והמצאת מסמך לתאגיד או לחבר בני־אדם – היא המצאה למורשה.
