ראיה הנמסרת ברשות בית המשפט לא בעברית, או לא בלשון אחרת השגורה בפי בית המשפט ובעלי הדין, מתורגם בידי מתרגם, ועדות שנמסרה כאמור תירשם בפרוטוקול תוך תרגומה לעברית, אם לא הורה בית המשפט הוראה אחרת; רישום התרגום בפרוטקול ישמש ראיה לכאורה לדברים שתורגמו.
