177. עדים במשפט של נאשמים אחדים

נאשמו כמה נאשמים בכתב אישום אחד ולא הורה בית המשפט, לבקשת בעל דין, על סדר אחר, יהא סדר חקירת העדים כזה:
(1)היה העד עד תביעה – יחקרוהו הנאשמים חקירה שכנגד לפי הסדר שבו הם רשומים בכתב האישום;
(2)היה העד עד סניגוריה – יחקרוהו חקירה ראשית תחילה הנאשם שביקש שמיעת עדותו ואחר כך יתר הנאשמים לפי הסדר שבו הם רשומים בכתב האישום, ובחקירה חוזרת – בהיפוך הסדר האמור.
