183. נימוקים בזיכוי

על אף האמור בסעיף 182, אם הודיע בית המשפט על זיכוי הנאשם, רשאי הוא –
(1)לפרש נימוקיו מיד או תוך שלושים ימים מיום ההודעה;
(2)לקרוא את הנימוקים בפומבי או, בהסכמת בעלי הדין, להמציאם להם בכתב, תוך שלושים ימים לאחר קריאת פסק הדין.
