בתחילת שמיעת הערעור ולפני כל טענה אחרת רשאי בעל הדין לבקש ששופט פלוני יפסול עצמו מלישב בדין; הוראות סעיפים 146 עד 148 יחולו, בשינויים המחוייבים, על טענת פסלות לפי סעיף זה.
