74. דו״ח על עיכוב
תיקון: תשנ״ז
עם תום העיכוב, יערוך מבצע העיכוב דו״ח, שבו יפרט את שמו של מי שעוכב, סיבת העיכוב ומשך העיכוב, אם נתקיים אחד מאלה:
(1)האדם הובא לתחנת המשטרה או זומן אליה;
(2)האדם עוכב לפרק זמן של עשרים דקות או יותר.
