136. ישיבות המועצה והנוהל בהן
תיקון: תשל״ו־2, תשל״ו־3
(א)ישיבות מועצה, זימונן והנוהל בהן יהיו לפי התקנון שבתוספת השניה.
(ב)שר הפנים, באישור ועדת הפנים ואיכות הסביבה של הכנסת, רשאי לשנות את הוראות התקנון.
