138. תוצאות פינוי מקום במועצה
בכפוף לאמור בסעיף 137(ב), שום פעולה או הליך של מועצה או של ועדה מועדותיה לא יהיו נטולי תוקף משום כך בלבד שנתפנה מקום במועצה.
