183. הגדרות
בסימן זה –
”פקיד שאיננו בר־קיצבה“ – אדם בשירות עיריה הנושא בה משרה שאין עמה זכות לקיצבה, למעט פועל או עובד שכיר יום;
”קופת תגמולים“ – קופה שהוקמה על ידי מועצה לטובת פקידים שאינם בני־קיצבה, בהתאם לתקנות לפי פסקה (5) לסעיף 184;
”מפקיד“ – אדם המפקיד סכומים בקופת תגמולים;
”פקדון חובה“ – סכום שמפקיד נדרש להפקיד בקופת תגמולים בהתאם לתקנות המקימות את הקופה.
