327. הארנונה בשכירות משנה
(א)הושכרו חדר או חדרים בבנין לדייר משנה, יגבה מחזיק הבנין מדייר המשנה חלק יחסי מסכום הארנונה ששילם, או שיש לשלמו, בעד הבנין, ושיעורו של החלק היחסי יהיה כיחס שבין שוויו לצורך ארנונה של המושכר, לפי הסעיפים 272 ו־273, לבין שוויו כאמור של כל הבנין.
(ב)דייר משנה ששילם למחזיק כאמור, יתן לו המחזיק קבלה על התשלום ובה יצויינו תאריך התשלום וסכומו, וכן החצרים והתקופה שבעדם שולם.
