328. דין חלקו של דייר משנה כדין דמי שכירות
המחזיק רשאי לגבות מדייר המשנה את חלקו היחסי בתשלום הארנונה, כאמור בסעיף 327, באותה דרך שבה נגבים דמי השכירות המשתלמים על ידי דייר משנה.
