345. מְעִינת הודעות
מקום שבפקודה או לפיה יש רשות או חובה ליתן הודעה או ידיעה אחרת לבעל או למחזיק של חצרים פלונים, יראו את המען כערוך כראוי אם יש בו התואר ”הבעל“ או ”המחזיק“ של אותם חצרים, ואין צורך בשם או תיאור נוסף.
