346. אופן פרסומם של מסמכים
מקום שהפקודה מחייבת פרסום של הודעה או של מסמך אחר בתחום העיריה, ולא נקבעה הוראה בדבר אופן הפרסום, יפורסמו ההודעה או המסמך בהנחת העתק מהם במשרדי העיריה, על מנת שיהיה נתון לבדיקה לכל דורש, ובהדבקת העתק על הבנין הראשי של משרדי העיריה או בקרבתו וכן במקומות ציבוריים אחרים בתחום העיריה שייקבעו על ידי החייב בפרסום.
