2. החזקת תעודת זהות והצגתה
תושב שמלאו לו 16 שנים חייב לשאת עמו תמיד תעודת זהות ולהציגה בפני קצין משטרה בכיר, ראש רשות מקומית, שוטר או חייל במילוי תפקידם, כשידרשו זאת ממנו.
