3. תעודה של מי שאינו תושב
מי שאינו תושב ומלאו לו 16 שנים ישא עמו תעודה רשמית המעידה על זהותו והנושאת את תצלומו, והוא חייב להציגה לפי דרישה כאמור בסעיף 2.
