7. עונשין
תיקון: תשע״א
(א)הנוהג ברכב בחוף הים בניגוד להוראות סעיף 2, דינו – קנס כאמור בסעיף 61(א)(3) לחוק העונשין, התשל״ז–1977.
(ב)עבירה לפי סעיף זה היא עבירה מסוג העבירות של אחריות קפידה.
(ג)על עבירה לפי סעיף זה יחולו הוראות סעיפים 27 ו־27ב לפקודת התעבורה, בשינויים המחויבים.
