11. משכורת וגמלאות
משכורתו של מבקר המדינה ותשלומים אחרים שישולמו לו בתקופת כהונתו או לאחריה, או לשאיריו לאחר מותו, ייקבעו בחוק או בהחלטה של הכנסת או של ועדה מועדותיה שהכנסת הסמיכה לכך.
הכנסת הסמיכה את ועדת הכספים לקבוע את משכורתו של מבקר המדינה והתשלומים האחרים שישולמו לו בתקופת כהונתו (י״פ תשל״ד, 1734).
