12. קשר עם הכנסת והגשת דו״חות
(א)מבקר המדינה יקיים קשר עם הכנסת, כפי שייקבע בחוק.
(ב)מבקר המדינה יגיש לכנסת דינים וחשבונות וחוות דעת בתחום תפקידיו ויפרסם אותם ברבים, והכל בדרך ובסייגים שייקבעו בחוק.
