גוף העומד לביקורתו של מבקר המדינה ימציא למבקר ללא דיחוי, לפי דרישתו, ידיעות, מסמכים, הסברים, וכל חומר אחר שלדעת המבקר דרושים לו לצרכי הביקורת.
