41. תוצאות ההתפטרות
תיקון: תשע״ד־2
חבר הכנסת שהגיש התפטרותו, חברותו בכנסת נפסקת כעבור ארבעים ושמונה שעות לאחר שכתב ההתפטרות הגיע לידי יושב ראש הכנסת, זולת אם חזר בו מהתפטרותו לפני כן. הסתיימה התקופה האמורה ביום מנוחה, יידחה סיומה ליום שלאחר מכן שאינו יום מנוחה, והכל כפי שייקבע בחוק.
