42. פקיעת כהונה או מועמדות
תיקון: תשס״א־6
חבר הכנסת או מועמד לכנסת שנבחר או נתמנה לאחד התפקידים שנושאיהם מנועים מהיות מועמדים לכנסת, חברותו בכנסת או מועמדותו לכנסת, לפי הענין, נפסקת עם בחירתו או עם התמנותו לאחד התפקידים כאמור; לענין זה, ”מועמד לכנסת“ – מי ששמו כלול ברשימת מועמדים לכנסת, מיום הגשת רשימה עד יום תחילת כהונתו כחבר הכנסת.
