5. התווספות ריבית שקלית ודמי פיגורים בעד תקופת הפיגור
תיקון: תשל״ו, תשמ״ט, תשס״א, תשפ״ד
בתשלום לקרן עדכנית יתווספו, בעד התקופה שממועד הפירעון עד מועד התשלום בפועל (בחוק זה – תקופת הפיגור בתשלום), אלה:
(1)ריבית שקלית, למעט אם הרשות השיפוטית קבעה אחרת לפי סעיף 2(ג);
(2)דמי פיגורים, למעט אם הרשות השיפוטית קבעה שלא יתווספו לפי סעיף 5א(ג).
