5ב. חישוב בשקלים חדשים של סכום פסוק במטבע חוץ
תיקון: תשפ״ד
(א)סכום פסוק, הוצאות או שכר טרחת עורך דין שנפסקו במטבע חוץ, יחושב סכומם לעניין חוק זה בשקלים חדשים לפי השער היציג במועד שבו החלה להתווסף הריבית לפי סעיף 2, ואם לא מתווספת ריבית – במועד הפירעון, והכול אלא אם כן קבעה הרשות השיפוטית אחרת.
(ב)בסעיף זה, ”שער יציג“ למועד כלשהו – השער של מטבע חוץ בשקלים חדשים שפרסם בנק ישראל, הידוע באותו מועד, לגבי מטבע כאמור שבנק ישראל מפרסם לגביו שער כאמור.
