17. העברת זכויות בטובין
זכויות הנתונות לצרכן על פי תקנות אלה או על פי תעודת האחריות או חוזה השירות, לגבי טובין אשר הבעלות בהם הועברה לצרכן אחר, יהיו נתונות לנעבר.
