1. הגדרות
תיקון: תשע״ב
בחוק זה –
”חוק המרשם“ – חוק מרשם האוכלוסין, התשכ״ה–1965;
”עדכון כתובת“ – רישום כתובת למשלוח דואר או שינויו, לפי הוראות סעיף 2 או רישום כתובת נוספת למשלוח דואר לקטין או שינויו, לפי הוראות סעיף 2א;
”פקיד הרישום“ – כמשמעותו בסעיף 4 לחוק המרשם;
”רשות“ – רשות המנויה בתוספת;
”תושב“ – כהגדרתו בחוק המרשם;
”השר“ – שר הפנים.
