2. הודעה על כתובת למשלוח דואר
(א)תושב רשאי למסור לפקיד הרישום הודעה על כתובת למשלוח דואר; חל שינוי בכתובת למשלוח דואר של תושב, חייב הוא למסור לפקיד הרישום הודעה על כך בתוך שלושים ימים מיום השינוי; היה בחסותו קטין או בגיר שאינו מסוגל למסור הודעה, ימסור התושב הודעה כאמור בעבורו.
(ב)תושב שלא מסר לפקיד הרישום הודעה על כתובת למשלוח דואר, יראו את המען שנרשם במרשם האוכלוסין ככתובתו למשלוח דואר.
