5. הפעלת סמכות שלא כדין
לא יבקש צופה ולא ינסה, מכוח היותו לובש מדים או נושא סמל, תג או אות שהם של ההתאחדות או נחזים כמותם, להפעיל או לאכוף סמכות שלא לפי חוקת ההתאחדות וכפי שהורשה בה.
