6. טענות שוא לקשר עם ההתאחדות
לא יקים אדם ולא יארגן גוף או חבר בני אדם הטוענים או מתחזים, בלי שהורשו לכך לפי חוקת ההתאחדות, שהם צופים או קשורים בכל דרך להתאחדות, לא יעבוד עמם ולא יהיה לו עניין בהקמתם, בארגונם או בעבודה עמם.
