תיקון: תשמ״ה, תשע״ו
שר המשפטים רשאי, באישור ועדת החוקה חוק ומשפט של הכנסת, להתקין תקנות בדבר אופן הגשת הפרטה והדו״חות ובדבר אופן בדיקתם, לרבות הגשתם באופן מקוון לעניין תאגידים ואפוטרופסים מקצועיים כהגדרתם בסעיף 34 בידי האפוטרופוס הכללי, ורשאי הוא לקבוע סוגי דו״חות שהאפוטרופוס הכללי פטור מבדיקתם, בתנאים שייקבעו.
