12. שכר ותנאי שירות
(א)הממשלה תקבע את השכר ואת תנאי השירות של הנגיד.
(ב)שכר המשנה לנגיד יהיה בשיעור של 90 אחוזים משכר הנגיד, ותנאי שירותו ייקבעו בידי הממשלה.
