14. הפסקת כהונתו של המשנה לנגיד
הממשלה רשאית, לפי הצעת הנגיד או לאחר התייעצות עמו, להפסיק את כהונתו של המשנה לנגיד, אם ראתה שאין הוא ראוי להמשיך בכהונתו בשל אחד מאלה:
(1)לדעת הנגיד, אינו ממלא את תפקידו כראוי;
(2)עשה מעשה שאינו הולם את מעמדו כמשנה לנגיד;
(3)פעל בניגוד לאמור בסעיף 11;
(4)נבצר ממנו, דרך קבע, למלא את תפקידו.
