7. תפקידי הנגיד
(א)הנגיד ינהל את הבנק ויכהן גם כיושב ראש הוועדה וכחבר המועצה.
(ב)הנגיד ישמש יועץ לממשלה בעניינים כלכליים, לרבות לעניין צמצום פערים חברתיים וצמצום אי־שוויון בחלוקת ההכנסות בחברה.
