8. המשנה לנגיד ותפקידיו
(א)הממשלה תמנה, לפי המלצת הנגיד, משנה לנגיד.
(ב)הנגיד יקבע את תפקידיו של המשנה לנגיד.
(ג)המשנה לנגיד יהיה חבר בוועדה ובמועצה.
