10. התערבות בתובענות
בתובענה לפי חוק זה רשאי בית־הדין לעבודה לתת לארגון העוסק בזכויות נשים, לעובד העלול להיפגע מהתובענה או לארגון עובדים יציג או ארגון עובדים אחר כאמור בסעיף 9, גם אם אינם צדדים לתובענה, להשמיע את דברם, בדרך שיורה.
